采用高频电流局部加热金属表面,并在外力作用下进行焊接。无需焊丝或焊剂,可连续大批量生产。将两片分流端件(T型,H59-1黄铜)与5片电阻片(厚度1.5mm,宽度20mm,长度45mm,锰铜板)组合;采用高频加热;使用铜磷特殊焊料焊接;要求:钎焊时间≤1min,重点解决:定位和焊接问题(以往钎焊采用气焊)。主要技术经济指标:焊接后产品表面无氧化,焊接质量优于气焊;端件与电阻片焊接牢固,无熔化或变形;分流器的电阻性能得到保证;生产效率提高一倍。
