Welded H-Beams

Welding T-Sections

Welded T-sections: These are made from custom-welded steel strips using one of two welding processes. High-frequency welding is commonly used for steel plates up to 10 mm thick, while submerged arc welding is generally used for steel plates thicker than 10 mm. Welded T-sections are primarily used in industries such as power generation, curtain wall construction, steel structures, shipbuilding, and railways.

High-Frequency Welded H-Beams

The technical features of high-frequency welded H-sections include: (1) Fast welding speed, reaching 18–45 m/min; (2) Low thermal shock, making it easy to control deformation of the H-sections; (3) Capability to weld H-sections composed of different materials; (4) Ability to achieve production under slight tension, thereby reducing welding stress.
